Ankaya Village Phase 1 & 2 Masterplan

I provided an initial masterplan for a very unique project that is located in Paje, Zanzibar. The client intended to make an eco village of over 160 lots that could be purchased and developed. The major parameters were the lot shapes , proximity to the ocean and maintaining all of the trees. The two varieties of trees were the coconut tree and the casuarina tree which the client intended to keep and incorporate into the development.
